Important Announcement: I will only support existing town members and I am no longer taking in new "townies".
The bubble up/down innovation is a radically different approach to priority management that will keep the "really" important issues at the top of your list in an effortless way. Here are all the town ordinances that make this application unique: No priority levels. No page refreshes (almost). No lame search implementation. No limits to email. No issue titles or subjects. No milestones. No dashboards. No "assigned to" feature. No tag soup. No projects. No user taxes. No startup businesses taxes.
A Customs Broker in Minneapolis, MN is using the application to create software for their industry.
Yup, check out the API.
No team, just me..
The application will be 8 years old in June 2013.
The biggest change was ripping out the "Critical,High,Medium,Low" priorities and going to a bubble up/down system of priority management. Another one is that this application is completely written to take advantage of MySQL database scaling using the "auto_increment_increment" feature. This means Simplton will be fast and available as we can have a master/master database setup (don't have it yet). Lastly, Simplton's tag view has went through many changes based on daily usage. There have been so many changes that have come out of 6 years of "real world" daily usage that time and space would fail listing them all. Now-a-days you can follow the Simplton Times to get all the latest.
